At Sedgwicks Jewellery, we want you to be completely enamored with your purchase. If your piece isn't quite right, you may return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery provided it remains in its original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely place the jewellery in its original branded box and protective packaging to ensure it arrives back to us safely and scratch-free.

• 3.
  Affix the Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then attach it firmly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 business days of receipt.
